MTN ***** - CAUSING ME TO LOSE HOMELOAN!!!

In December 2025 I found out that a *****ulant MTN contract was opened in my name by a 3rd party call center called Mobiles Plus. I called MTN and the 3rd party and they flagged it as *****. The account has been closed but a default still shows on my credit profile. I'm being pushed from pillar to post by both MTN and Mobiles plus trying to get this rectified as I need to apply for a home loan urgently. Nobody is actually being helpful and both companies are point fingers at each other saying the other is responsible for clearing the default.
