Mtn caused me emotional strain for 3+ years

MTN has been my worst nightmare for the past 3 years, i once received a call from one of the consultants offering a router contract, i dont even know where they got my numbers i requested that the consultant calls me back as I was at work, she captured my details on their old system now i cant apply....I've spent most of my lunch breaks calling or visiting their branches only chilboy has been sending email trying to assist, mtn cant tell me what is it that i took from them,ive been begging for the past 3years cant take any credit , this has affected me emotionally
