MTN ***** case

I have had ***** on my MTN account in Jan-MAR24. I have tried since then to stop this, so the debit order has been cancelled, but the case is still showing an open ***** case and I can do nothing with my account. I have been to the MTN office multiple times and no luck. I need to get this solved but keep getting to a dead end.
