MTN ***** case

Having a contract with MTN was a terrible experience for me. Their system negligence made me to have a *****ulent phone on my profile which ruined my credit profile and I had to be the one to stand and fix everything from going to the police station to get affidavit. On top of that there is crazy waiting periods for ***** investigation. However they cannot provide a proof of how the phone was taken or even where it was delivered. This did not only take long but it put me on a debt which ruined my credit portfolio even after being reimbursed. MTN is negligent with our documents and their system is very liquid.
