MTN Cascades PMB

I went into the MTN in Cascades about 2 weeks ago. I wanted to do a transfer of ownership of my number. I filled in all the documents, gave 3 months of bank statements and a copy of my ID, I was told Id be giving an answer in about 2 working days. I went in today, only to be told that it was automatically cancelled and I must phone 135 to find out why. The sale person, who helped me at the time was Kyle, he didnt bother giving me an update, or following up. Their landline doesnt work and their cell numbers, dont get answered or returned. I would give him 0/5 if I could. Shocking service as usually from the branch.
