MTN CARNIVAL MALL

We have been battling for more than a week to get my son's phone unblocked that was barred due to the incompetence of MTN in Carnival Mall. The consultant advised that we could have upgraded in November already, so we did that in March 2023. They have sent an incorrect bill of R5358.22 and suspended his phone. We've been to the store three times already and sent numerous emails to their customer care dept, they keep saying that it is sorted out when it is NOT !!! Never delt with such an *********** service provider. We are losing business because of MTN's lack of urgency and customer service !
