MTN CARLTON CENTRE

The MTN at carlton centre is always closed by 16:40pm yet their operating hours state 17:00pm... I was so frustrated when I got there at 16:40pm and doors were closed i signed the lady and her ***orker if it is already closed she said yes yet they were chilling inside waiting for 17:00pm
