Mtn Carlton Centre

I went in to get a contract at Mtn Carlton centre this morning. I was assisted by a lady by the name of Ivy. She advised that I must go buy a simcard in order to proceed with my contract application. I then proceeded to buy same when I came back she was not there. None of the staff members knew where she was. I waited over 30mins and decided to leave.

The service received was pathetic, if she had errands to run she should have told me to come back for an hour not make me wait ridiculously when she had said I should go purchase a simcard.

I am extremely appalled at the disregard of a service they gave me.
