MTN cares less

Mondo gives the WORST customer service experience. You need to rethink your suppliers who carry your brand image. I have tried contacting Mondo as well as MTN numerous times to no avail. You guys are very quick to call us to sell us the world but cant pick up the phones and attend to customer queries.
