Mtn cares less

Mtn South Africa treat their clients like they are just plain nobodies. I have been waiting for a refund on billing error from their side and nobody has the decency to actually do anything about this. Whether you phone them or mail their customer care nobody and I mean nobody has the decency to contact you. Will they have the decency to respond to this review, I doubt it
