MTN Cape Gate Upgrade nightmare!!

I was at the MTN Cape Gate branch, the store on the lower level, near to Mugg n bean. I was there on Saturday morning the 21st Oct 2023, at 9am sharp, when the store opened, to do an upgrade, which we stood and did for 2 hours, which was approved, only to be told at the end of the process, that the phone deal that was recommenced we take( Honor 90 + smart watch combo ), that they had no stock in store in the safe's, and we also couldn't get from another branch, due to doing the upgrade at this particular store. We were helped by a gentleman named "Jacques". He then proceeded to tell us that they did not deliver stock to the stores over the weekend, and that it would be delivered on Monday morning, the 23rd Oct 2023, and that he would send me a whatsapp as soon as it arrived at the store. I called the store twice on the 23rd, as well as on the 24th, with no luck of the stock arriving, only to be told that the warehouse also did not have stock of this phone, and they cannot give me an ETA as to when they will be receiving it, and conviently, there was no manager on duty that day that i could speak to either. Today is Thursday, the 26th Oct 2023, and i have YET to still hear from MTN Cape Gate that my upgrade stock has arrived. Absolutely shocking, terrible terrible service!! They should have checked in their safe as to whether they had stock of this phone that they recommended we take, before going through the long upgrade process ( because their systems also always seem to be extremely slow!! )
