MTN Cape Gate

I took out a contract phone at MTN Cape Gate mall. The paperwork took forever. I asked the consultant if i can come back as the had technical problem. When i returned the consultant **** and said that she checked the cellphone everything is work. Ever since i collected the cellphone it was never connected to the MTN network. No conectivity to the simcard. I reportedvthis to the store they have been promising me they will resolve it. Its 8 days and still no connectivity. When i speak to the stor manager she calls me rude when i point out the facts of how im being treated this is the worse service ever. I get no feedback from the store. The manager is rude put the phone down when im talking now they are not responding to my call.

This is the worse service provider!!!!
