Worst service ever, excuss after excuss, trying to transfer a contract for more than a month. Don't know if it is the systems of MTN South Africa or just the employees at MTN Cape Gate that doesn't know how to do their work. Anthony @ MTN Cape Gates excusses range from biometrix not working, sir you need to go to MTN Direct Tygervalley, because they do transfers to just now sorry sir no one in this store has login details to do your transfer.
