mtn cant solve the problem for 2 years off n contract that been giving to us but we did not exept it when phone arive we sent it back they put contract on our name we phone mtn

Some 1 phone us in connection with n new contract on number ********** 980 pj hayward id nr ********** 177089 husband phone mtn told them that we dont want the phone we want to cancel it so they said when the phone arrive with courier we must send it back and sign for nothing so we did that then we was been putting on mbd inc tel ********** 215 we did make statements at police station that they said we have to send them so we did few time already and we had noe repons from mtn for that matter and we feel that its not right keep us responsible for the amount that they say is due its R1912,35 but we did not recieve no phone our contact number is ********** 922 please help us to solve this matter thankyou mrs pj hayward
