MTN CAN'T SOLVE PROBLEMS!!!

Very VERY unhappy about my experience with Mtn this past 4 days. Our home rooter has been giving problems for 4 days now we have been calling every day and the one just put us through to another one, we also went into a shop in Witbank, they also couldn't help!!! No one can find what the problem with the rooter is and no ons gives us a solution!!! We have work to do from home and we have been spending a lot of money on data, but we have a rooter that is full of data and unable to use because Mtn can't solve the problem! I would suggest to never use Mtn and I won't pay my bill cause how should I pay for something that ain't working, and I am switching to another network!!!!!!
