Mtn cant replace new phone that doesnt work

I got a new Sony z3 compact on the 21 Feb this yer. in April it started giving network signal issues (no signal for 70% of the day). After a long struggle between the coverage department the shop etc, after doing sim swaps software reloads etc MTN now want me to send the phone in for an assessment to see if they can replace the phone. but MTN are on strike. I fail to see how this is my problem. This will be my second hello peter complaint about this and my 4th post on the MTN Facebook page. no at mtn even has the common decency to contact me and assist me with a future plan of action. I am paying a contract that is worth more that R10 000 to mtn and all i get from MTN is the middle finger, this is unacceptable.

PS if the phone goes to voicemail if you try calling me its because its not working
