MTN cant process a new contract for a S24

I am in the Newton Park MTN store in PE. Since yesterday the staff are unable to process new Samsung S24 contract. I am told none of the "codes" are working. I was told yesterday afternoon that everything is in order only to arrive this morning to process the application to be told that the codes are still not working. Staff are trying to phone for assistance only to be told "that they are still driving to work" at 0845am!
