Mtn Cant keep track of accounts
<p>Good Day </p> <p>Im extremely ****ed,last year no one adviseed me my account was taken away from attorney's then eventually after investigating I found out it was back with mtn legal ,I liased with sumone giving me a balance ,ive been paying to mtn and after nit getting a response on a balnce for the past month I called in. The billing a ction says I hv a credit balance of R600 bt mtn wont contact me to say they have money of me laying there.now they say my account is wit attorney's n attorney's said its not. The legal dept doesnt have a fone no so what now. I want ANSWERS is my account PAID UP and if so I want a letter stating it and my R600 I want paid back because my account has just vanished and no one knws whats happening and the legal dept emails me that I must get a paid up letter.</p> <p>If you want me doi g your job,please put me on your pay roll.</p>

Im so upset,the only response I got was that I must get a paid up letter by the attorney's which I dont even belong to,my account is with mtn legal,I want a no.and person I can contact,I want this resolved.
I just emailed a copy of my credit report stating I dont owe mtn,I want mtn to send me a paid up letter n refund my R600 I paid thats laying with them as advised by the billing dept.

On the 7April I got a repky from mtn legal as ther is no other way of contacting them via telephone stating that my balance was R4474.40 which I paid R900 there after and now on the 30may I get a balance of R 10 624.18. MTN IS BUSY RIPPING ME OFF ...I want a call and a explanation as to why its 10k,I refuse to pay that amount I want answers and mtn legal is pathetic with there means of communication
