Mtn can't keep their ouw policy or terms and conditions

After 8 weeks and the second invoice has been already sent to me and still I haven't got any divice.

Could someone just cancel the upgrade. Mtn are really just *****ing. Why should I pay for something I don't have.

I did already leave complains but nothing happend nor does anybody respond to my complains.
