MTN cant keep commitments
I have a contract with MTN now for 15 years plus, yesterday morning they decided to suspend my services without any notification even though my contract has been paid up to date since forever, I went into a MTN shop where by they said they will reconnect me but it will take 2 - 24 hours, it is now been 24 hours and counting. It is my business phone and I cant function the way that is required with out it.
It is just disgusting how poor MTN is becoming.
