MTN cant help customers with upgrades anymore

MTN now are as I understand unable to do upgrades. If their system doesnt work it no longer their problem it is the customers, this I found after going to MTN in Gateway mall and Ballito junction no one is able to assist. Because their system doea mot want to work.
