MTN can't help customers with replacement units

Good day all Last year I have purchase a laptop from MTN online, and 2 months later it has problems. So I have phoned MTN and told me I must sent it to the suppliers, so I did it. Around a week later the outcome of the laptop is that it not repairable and laptop is still under warranty. So the laptop warranty department sent a credit note to MTn to refund me and accordingly MTN does not deal with replacements units. So where from now. MTN can not help in any problems with this. I have call MTN many times of this issue, and it now for the 3rd month that I did not get any response from them. So be careful of MTN if u have device problems
