MTN can't go lower

MTN deletes data after a month period - is that not *******? - the money that paid for the data is real and stays in their account. Try getting a message to their website - impossible. Having a monopoly sure detracts from service. Bought 1G monthly bundle today - guess what - they sent a 100MB facebook data!?!?!? Really disappointing entity - fortunately we can migrate numbers these days.
