Mtn can't find my address on there system

I so few up whit how backwards everything is I have been to 4 MTN shops and the staff have no idea what they are talking about I wanted to get a fixed LTE sim but there system can't find my address it's on my Eskom account and house has been here longer then I have been alive but no they can't find it and you can't give them a pin drop or GPS location or any of that . Guy in shop tells me to call MTN on Monday they can help I call MTN nope nothing but on phone gives me a number tells me it's head office they can help call number it's a third party company. Go back to shop speak to guy who cave me number tell him to call and no there is no way for them to help How can it be so hard????
