MTN CANT EVEN DO THE BARE MINIMUM ANYMORE

I want you to know I went to get an Fnb sim yesterday and i will be throwing my mtn sim away tomorrow.really quite sad, been with mtn since I was about 16/17 and I’m now 28 so good 10+ years. I asked you to turn off the sms spam, as a response you gave me some half hearted instruction on how to turn it off myself (not what I asked you for, lazy sloppy unprofessional customer service) I asked YOU to turn off all mtn promo sms’s And rather than have an agent do their job you had an agent tell me how to do it for him.of co**** the menu took me to constant errors and when I informed you of this in my hellopeter reply I was met with deafening silence.the same silence that has permeated customers for years at mtn because you hire lazy sloppy drug addicted individuals who apparently can barely manage to turn off a promo sms campaigne for you.god forbid I’d had a bigger issue than this to address.Tomorrow morning I’ll be putting my Fnb sim in, and dropping my mtn number.Im not telling you cause I expect you to care, I’m telling you because I enjoy how many people will read this and take it as a queue to leave the company themselves :) you’re just 1 in a million, and not irreplaceable at all.lol cheers o/
