MTN can't do anything about insurance claim
Insurance claim still not sorted out after 5 weeks, worst part is they dont give any feedback at all, MTN just sits back and doesnt do anything because their insurance is handled by another company, but they sell you the insurance but if you need to claim you must then deal with these other people who clearly dont give a ****.
Customer for how many years with multiple contracts, never missed any payments and this is how you treated.
