MTN can’t connect an eSim

I’ve been trying to register a rain on an Apple Watch Ultra 3 for 2 months now.

Between staff who don’t know what to do and photocopied email messages from June 2025 sent to stores, MTN says it is UNABLE to register eSims. They are however able to charge for the very same eSIM they can’t register.

Considering that MTN claim to be the leader in mobile tech, they’re absolutely terrible at delivering service.

I paid a lot of money for a watch that might as well have been bought on Temu as I can’t use its functionality due to the connection inability.
