MTN can't cancel late father's account - Ridiculous

3 months after going into MTN centre, submitting death certificates and receiving a reference number MTN still hasn't cancelled my late father's account.

This after 3 x visits to customer centre, too many phone calls to mention and emails to and from MTN.

Pathetic!
