MTN - Can't Cancel Deceased account

I've been trying to cancel a deceased person's account with MTN now for 3 months. NO HELP. Visited a MTN shop, they said I must phone Retention because they can't help me, then Retention said I should send a mail to *** After 3 months still no reply. Service is really pathetic.
