MTN can't Cancel contract

I've been trying to Cancel my Contract for over a month now. MTN call center agent puts me through to Cancelations department which just rings forever with no answer! They can't Cancel in the store and suggest that I complain on the Internet which will result in them calling me. This is madness!!! Please call me MTN to Cancel *** Eish!!!
