MTN - can't call customer service while suspended!!

Can't call customer care while service is suspended!!

Ever since MTN bought my contract from Nashua Mobile they often suspend my service even if I pay on time!

But now it has gotten worse because you can no longer call customer service while suspended!

Calling 135 or 808 give the message "Your service has been suspended please contact your service provider".

How pathetic! That is exactly what I am trying to do!!

You did NOT answer the real problem!! In terms of ICASA regulation it MUST be possible for a customer to contact you while suspended. You have to fix your 135 line so it can be called even while suspended!
