MTN cant anyone help me

After my previous Hello Peter complaint my upgrade was finally completed. The day that I was scheduled to receive my new phone I was contacted by MTN's courier company to advise that there truck was hijacked and that I wouldn't be receiving my new phone. To date no one has contacted me from MTN I have made numerous calls and have not received feedback. I am truly fed up with the service from MTN. You dare not bill me for the phone portion of this contract this month as you have failed to deliver my device. Please would someone contact me to arrange me new device as the claim process for DSV courier company and MTN is of no concern to me.
