MTN CAN'T

I took my iPhoneX 256gb in for a warranty replacement. I had to go into the store 4 times just to book the phone in. I now have been waiting 16 days and have been called into the store to pick up the new phone only to be told it was their mistake and i cant get it yet. I now have been trying to call for 2 days constantly and they do not answer. Sometimes the devil you know isnt better than the devil you dont.
