MTN cannot track my order

It has been since the 5th of June I app**** for a second phone at MTN and it was approved and now when I ask via email about the order they keep authenticating me and never reply, last week now the sent a "Resolved issue" number but resolved to what?? Im not sure if they even care about their clientele.Definitely not continuing after these contracts
