MTN cannot RICA sim card, SHOCKING BAD SERVICE. DONT EVER USE MTN

MTN IS THE MOST INCOMPETANT AND UTTERLY USELESS ORGANISATION THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN,.

I have made the biggest mistake trying to migrate my company cell services to them.

2 month ago i bought a sim card to start my migration to MTN. 2 months later and i cannot activate this sim card as it was purchased online with a special.

i have been to 4 MTN stores and no one can activate this card. Even after complaining to hellopeter i still cannot find someone to activate this card.

So no-one can activate this sim card, and no one want to help as it was purchanced online.

i have been attempting to ask for a refund, but even this is not helping.

I found out today, that MTN customer services has deleted this sim card from the network.

So if you are a new customer to MTN, i can assure you that their service is shocking bad. they will take your money but do not deliver the services.

take a note that i will send a letter of demand to your HQ for a refund as it is clear that customer services and all other staff working ion their shops (Centurion. mall @africa , and sandton city is not willing to support this sim that was purchased online.
