MTN - Cannot receive SMS or CALL Forward (3months and wasted time)

3 MONTHS MTN - STILL CANNOT SORT OUT A SIMPLE ACCESS LIKE I HAVE HAD OVER 20 YEARS - CALL FORWARD AND THE NUMBER I CHOOSE. MTN staff tell me a known number is on call forward if phone not answered. B******, a simple call forward solution. After 28 years time to PORT. I'll end on this one..... New iPhone 15 Pro Max, nope not from MTN and setting up all my bank links...... NO SMS....... I CANNOT RECEIVE SMS.... and the call centre want to escalate...to who...... Staff are polite but I think the folks in the back need their backsides kicked - TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE, especially when the staff have no clue. MTN EXEC's call your banker at INVESTEC, Maybe take a leaf out of their book from a knowledge perspective when talking to client.
