MTN cannot provide a simple service

Dear MTN, I have been having so much of problems ever since we had taken out an MTN contract with Nashua Mobile.

After being notified that Nashua Mobile have closed down, the problem has just escalated. Every month there is an sms sent to the contract number saying that we are in arrears and thereafter the line is suspended! We must sit for hours holding on the phone just to explain that we did make payment and then we are reconnected. Then we must also further send proof of payment to you! Do you know how much of a inconvenience your are putting us through?? It is not my problem and fault that Nashua does not communicate the payments to you. I even starting making payments directly to MTN's Absa account and still we are having a problem! Could you please resolve all your contractual issues with Nashua and not make it the customers problem. I simply took a service from you, pay you on the agreed date and thats it!

I was even asked to request refunds from Nashua. I cannot do this as i was contractually and still am obligated to pay them. You (MTN) need to resolve your billing system.

Kindly treat this as a Priority

Hello revenrsk,

Thank you for taking my call earlier,

We have now requested Nashua Mobile to refund the payments to your banking account. They will send you a notification once it has been done.

As discussed, we requested our Billing System Support team to change your billing cycle to the 13th of every month to ensure that your line is not barred before you make a payment.

We have now had a look at your account and see that your discount of R10.00 for the 10MB data bundle has not added to the invoices for the past 2 months. We've requested our Billing Department to credit the account accordingly.

Regards
Tim
