MTN Cannot produce invoice on statement for 2 months now!

Mtn has an amount on my statement but cannot produce an invoice. They sent me one that did not correspond to the amount, extra by R 1 000.00. I have been querying this from the 7th of December till today. The callcentre says they cannot assist me. What should one do in this situation?
