MTN CANNOT HANDLE INCOMING AMOUNT OF CALLS

For many years now, their call centre cannot handle the amount of incoming calls on the number 808!

Whenever you call for help or assistance, firstly you get a voicemail message saying that MTN is currently experiencing a high call volume which \could"result in longer waiting periods.

About four years ago I change my cell contract to another Network because of this. I am sorry that I kept my data contract with MTN.

No matter what time of day"
