MTN cannot follow up on Cyber Monday Deals

I app**** for an MTN cyber Monday deal(My MTNChoice 10GB) online and was followed up with an Email stating that I will be contacted within 48 hours. its been 4 days now and still no response. I tried calling customer care... And they can't help me , nor do they care about my problem. The customer care agent suggested that I apply again for the same deal. However this was a cyber Monday double your data deal, Why would I apply apply for a normal contract without the promotion now. What a *******.
