MTN cannot even do a simple sim swap. SHAME

I have been trying to do a sim swap to keep my old number since Monday 14 2020. My phone was lost and picked up by a person using my number, I reported it as ****** at Kolonade and they keep on rejecting as the person that have my phone keep on rejecting the sim swap. I am sitting in the offices of mtn and still they do not do the swap. My bank transactions and other apps are connected to this number. This is really unprofessional so I will be asking another provider to take over this number and get this done. REALLY. A shame for MTN.
