MTN cannot deliver what is advertised

We have been contacting MTN about a deal they are currently running since beginning of December, its a Samsung Galaxy A34 5G with a watch. Even though the deal is still advertised we have been told there is no stock of the watch. This is totally unacceptable, why advertise somerhing you cannot deliver on
