MTN cannot deliver the promise they make

I renewed my MTN contract in December 2016 with the promise of a Samsung TV and travel vouchers. It is now six months later and I am still waiting. I am paid lip service every time I contact MTN. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, please deliver on the promise you made.
