MTN cannot be trusted!

MTN cannot be trusted. I have had several issues on contracts taken out at MTN, the longest of which is still unresolved after 19 months. MTN keeps loading the wrong package to my number (obviously less minutes, data and sms's) than what I signed up for. They keep sending you in circles when attempting to resolve the issue. When I request that my contracts with MTN be cancelled MTN still expects me to pay for the remainder of my contract. MTN is a corporate business that does not care about their consumers.
