MTN cannot be reached during Lockdown and thereafter not taking action on **********

I was a victim of ***** and could not get through to the MTN call centre. Emails to customer care and their ***** department were also not answered. Eventually after 5 days I got a reply from my comment on their facebook post. Gave them all the details and MTN does nothing to the perpetrators, except for caution me not to share OTP's anymore. One of the reasons the ***** occurred is because the MTN call centre is off duty, so there is no one to contact in an emergency. I've given them all details and nothing is done - the numbers used are not blocked so the ********** are free to continue with their scheme.
