Mtn cannot adhere to the agreed upon deduction date.

I have a contract with these guys that says that they should take what is due to them from my account when i get paid at the end of the month. Everything was fine until my contract was about to end. All my debit orders went through except for mtn. It is the 5th today and they have not taken what is due. Its a hell of a hassle having to go stand in long lines during work hours at the bank. It infuriates me to think that they will send me a sms talking about reporting me to the bureau. I have complained about this but it still happens. If i had the means, i'd escalate this matter. Eventually when they take their money, they would have added connection fees to the agreed upon amount. I am so annoyed!
