Mtn cancels my new contract with no explanation

I app**** for a contract online with MTN DSV calls me to arrange delivery for next day I get all my documents as requested and waited all day I eventually call dsv about my delivery only to fund out mtn cancels my contract I got no notification from mtn or dsv no explanation nothing I spend more than R100 in airtime trying to speak to the useless call centre agents at mtn and still got no where as they all don't know and can't help
