MTN cancelled new contract when delivery was already confirmed

App**** for a contract two in actual fact, everything was approved and debit mandate approved, got the call to confirm delivery of my package with DSV courier services, waited and waited as scheduled appointment passed, called DSV and was then told the package was returned to the supplier MTN. Then contacted MTN and I was told that the contract had been cancelled when I asked who cancelled they couldnt assist with information the information and said no information was available, I had received absolutely no communication from MTN to state why this has occurred as a current and existing client I am thinking of cancelling my contract and moving to the opposition as this is the worst service from any mobile network supplier I've ever been with.
