MTN cancelled my contract I just reviewed!!!!

<p> I am absolutely furious with MTN for the below average service and treatment of me as a customer. 2 weeks ago my contract was cancelled without my permission and I had renewed my contract August 2016!!!! I have called the lousy customer care line that gives me no direct option to speak to a consultant who can assist me. When I eventually manage to speak to a consultant I am sent from pillar to post! We made investments with Zakhele Futhi hoping for fruitful partnership but if this is what we have to deal with as customers then investors might as well forget about their ROI. The cancellation of my contract subsequently came with the cancellation of my cellphone contract. If MTN is tired of our money then they might as well close shop because this is unacceptable. Someone needs to resolve this before I lay a complaint with ICASA.</p> <p> </p> <p>FIX THIS!!!!</p>
