MTN Cancellations the Worst Service Ever

I am moving abroad and notified MTN first by phone in June, then by email in July, after various emails back and forth Reference Number: *** and to date no action.

I have tried to contact the cancellations department and after 40 minutes no one answered the call.

This level of service delivery is really not acceptable and would not recommend MTN to anyone after being a loyal customer for years.
